摘　　要：目的:探讨在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者中口腔矫正器对临床疗效产生的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年1月泉州丰泽傲乐美口腔门诊部收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组常规治疗,在此基础上观察组加口腔矫正器治疗,总结临床疗效、多导睡眠图指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的最长呼吸暂停时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的爱泼沃斯嗜睡量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者中,口腔矫正器可提高临床疗效,有效缩短最长呼吸暂停时间、改善白天嗜睡情况、提高血氧饱和度以及降低睡眠呼吸紊乱程度。Objective:To investigate the effect of oral orthotics on clinical efficacy in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into group a and group b by random number table method,including 50 cases of group a and 50 cases of group b.Group b received routine treatment,on the basis of which group a received oral orthodontic treatment,and summarized the clinical efficacy and polysomnography indicators.Results:The total effective rate of group a was higher than group b,the difference was significant,P<0.05.The longest duration of apnea in group a was shorter than that in group b,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The epworth narcolepsy scale score in group a was lower than that in group b,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Blood oxygen saturation in group a was higher than that in group b,with significant difference(P<0.05).The index of sleep apnea hypopnea in group a was lower than that in group b,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,oral orthotics can improve the clinical efficacy,effectively shorten the longest duration of apnea,improve daytime sleepiness,improve blood oxygen saturation,and reduce the degree of sleep apnea disorder.
