摘 要:循环流化床锅炉稳定运行对企业提高经济效益具有重要作用。该型锅炉以其独特的燃烧方式,具有燃料适应性广,负荷调节性好,炉内燃烧、脱硫同时完成等特点而受到广泛重视。但由于锅炉的磨损率较煤粉炉大、渣处理设备故障率高、厂用电率高等问题制约着循环流化床锅炉的发展。基于此,文章以300MW循环流化床锅炉为参考,针对影响该型锅炉安全稳定长周期运行的因素进行分析,并简要介绍了解决办法和治理措施,供业内同行参考。The stable operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler plays an important role in improving the economic benefit of enterprises. This type of boiler has been paid more and more attention because of its unique combustion mode, wide fuel adaptability,good load regulation, combustion and desulphurization in the furnace at the same time. However, the development of circulating fluidized bed boiler is restricted because the wear rate of boiler is higher than that of pulverized coal boiler, the failure rate of slag treatment equipment is high, and the power consumption rate is high. Based on this, this paper takes the 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler as a reference, analyzes the factors affecting the safe, stable and long-term operation of this type of boiler, and briefly introduces the solutions and treatment measures for reference by colleagues in the industry.
