摘　　要：跨境电子商务是我国对外贸易发展的重要引擎。西安市在政策红利下发展跨境电子商务,建立西安跨境电子商务平台——洋货码头,为西安对外贸易发展提供窗口。论文分析了西安跨境电商平台——洋货码头的发展现状,从技术、经营、管理和营销等方面找出西安跨境电商平台——洋货码头发展中存在的问题,并指出其发展路径,为西安跨境电子商务的发展提供理论参考。Cross-border e-commerce is an important engine for China's foreign trade development.Xi'an develops cross-border e-commerce under the policy dividend,and establishes Xi'an cross-border e-commerce platform——foreign cargo terminal,providing a window for Xi'an's foreign trade development.This paper analyzes the development status ofXi'an cross-border e-commerce platform——foreign cargo terminal,and finds out the problems existing in the development of Xi'an cross-border e-commerce platform——foreign cargo terminal in terms of technology,operation,management andmarketing,provides theoretical reference for the development of cross-border e-commerce in Xi'an.
