摘　　要：论文以集团公司运行核心要点———盈利性增长为主要探究对象,从集团公司的发展现状、面临的问题两个方面进行分析,从而去寻找是什么驱动着集团公司的盈利性增长,为集团公司整体发展指明更加清晰的方向,推动集团公司创造更多经济价值,进一步强厚市场综合经济体系。This paper takes the profit growth,which is the core point of the operation of the group company,as the main object of inquiry,analyzes the present situation of the development of the group company and the problems it faces,so as to find out what drives the profit growth of the group company,points out a clearer direction for the overall development of the group company,promotes the group company to create more economic value,and further strengthens the integrated market economic system.
