精细化护理在口腔种植修复术中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化护理在口腔种植修复患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月在我院进行口腔义齿种植修复术的100例患者(107颗)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为精细化护理组50例(54颗)和常规护理组50例(53颗);常规护理组患者采用常规护理方法,精细化护理组患者在常规护理基础上采用精细化护理方法;对两组种植成功率、口腔卫生情况及护理满意度进行对比分析。结果:精细化护理组种植成功率、口腔卫生情况得分及护理满意度均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔种植修复患者采用精细化护理可显著提升种植成功率、口腔卫生情况及护理满意度,避免术后义齿松动及不适等情况发生,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the application of fine-care in patients with oral prosthesis.Methods 100 patients(107 Pieces)who underwent dental prosthesis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for this study.According to the random number table method,all patients were randomly divided into 50 cases(54 Pieces)and 50 cases(53 Pieces).The conventional nursing group adopted the conventional nursing method,and the refined nursing group used the fine nursing method on the basis of the conventional nursing.The two groups of planting success rate,oral hygiene and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results The planting success rate,oral health score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the refined nursing group than in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fine-care for patients with oral prosthesis can significantly improve the success rate,oral hygiene and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of loose teeth and discomfort after surgery,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
