我院耳鼻喉科围手术期抗菌药物使用现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解和分析我院耳鼻喉科围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:选取我院耳鼻喉科2018年1-12月收治的2560例手术患儿为对象,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行汇总分析。结果:2560例住院患儿行手术的有2078例,占81.2%,使用抗菌药物的有1324例,占63.7%,使用最多的是头孢美唑和拉氧头孢,分别占65.8%和28.1%。不合理使用主要表现在Ⅱ类切口手术未预防使用抗菌药物。结论:我院耳鼻喉科在围手术期抗菌药物的使用上还存在一些问题,因此,临床药师应加强对临床医师进行宣教和规范管理,以促进我院临床合理用药。Objective To understand and analyze the use of antibacterial in the perioperative period of E.IV.T department in our hospital,so as to promote rational use of drugs.Methods 2560 patients admitted to the E.IV.T department from January to December of 2018 were selected as research objects to summarize and analyze the use of antibacterial.Results Among the 2560 pediatric,2078(81.2%)received surgery,1324(63.7%)received antibacterial,and cefmetazole and latamoxef were the most used,accounting for 65.8%and 28.1%respectively.Without preventing use of antibacterial in,incision surgery is unreasonable.Conclusion There are still some problems in the use of antibacterial in ent department of our hospital during perioperative period.Therefore,clinical pharmacists should strengthen the propaganda and standardized management of the use of antibacterial to promote the rational use of drigs in our hospital.
