摘 要:采用3D金属打印机制备316L不锈钢试样,研究了不同离焦量对3D打印316L不锈钢试样的表面形貌、粗糙度、应力、硬度以及成分等表面性能的影响。结果表明,随着离焦量先从-15^-3 mm逐渐减小再从3~15 mm逐渐增大,316L不锈钢试样表面未熔化粉末颗粒均减少,熔覆条带先变窄后变宽;粗糙度值和压应力均呈现先变小后变大趋势。离焦量为-3 mm时,316L不锈钢试样表面性能最好,粉末颗粒熔化充分,粗糙度值最小,硬度最大,分别约为R a 7.06μm和249 HV 0.05。316L stainless steel samples were prepared by the 3D metal printers.The influence of defocusing value on the surface properties of surface morphology,roughness,stress,hardness and compositions of 316L stainless steels were explored.The results showed that the unmelted powder particles on the surface of 316L stainless steel samples decreased,while the strip first became narrow and then wide,with the defocusing value decreasing from-15 mm to-3 mm and then increasing from 3 mm to 15 mm.Both roughness and compressive stress decreased first and then increased.As to the focus values of-3 mm,the surface properties of 316L stainless steel samples were the best.The metal particles were completely melted,with the lowest roughness and the highest hardness,with the value of 7.06μm and 249 HV 0.05,respectively.
