摘　　要：我院研究生公开发表学术论文是我院学报稿件的主要来源之一.为客观评价我院研究生论文的整体学术研究水平,对在校研究生发表学术论文情况进行了问卷调查.统计结果表明,研究生学术论文学术研究能力欠缺.针对近年来我院研究生稿件质量不高的现状,结合我院《学报》办刊实际,阐述了提高研究生学术论文发表质量的几点做法,给出了提升我院研究生学术研究能力的几点建议.这为军校研究生学术研究能力的培养提供了参考.The published papers from postgraduates of Air Force Early Warning Academy(AFEWA) are one of the main sources of manuscripts in journal of AFEWA(JAFEWA). In order to objectively evaluate the AFEWA postgraduate students’ overall academic research level, a questionnaire survey is conducted on the academic papers published by AFEWA postgraduates. Statistical results show that the academic research ability of postgraduates is deficient. In view of the low quality of the AFEWA postgraduates’ contributions in recent years, and according to the practice of running JAFEWA, this article expounds some measures to improve the quality of academic papers published by AFEWA postgraduates, presenting some suggestions on how to improve the postgraduate students’ academic research ability. This provides a reference for the cultivation of the postgraduates’ academic research ability in military academies.
