摘　　要：运用实地调研法和个别走访交流法,以Z省H市部分乡村能人为调查对象,探讨乡村精英阶层的宗教信仰状况。发现乡村能人信仰宗教的人数有所增加、宗教选择呈现多样化特点、信教动机日益复杂化和功利化、信教途径多元化。宗教自身的积极作用、现实需求的使然以及个别宗教在乡村的秘密传播是促使乡村能人信教的主要原因。为此,有关部门要从引导乡村能人客观地认识宗教、及时帮助解决现实难题、坚决打击农村地区的秘密传教活动三个层面改善乡村能人的精神生活。By using the field investigation method and individual visit and exchange method,this paper takes some rural able people in H city of Z province as the objects of investigation,and probes into the religious belief status of the rural elite.It is found that the number of people who believe in religion is increasing,the choice of religion is diversified,the motive of religious belief is more and more complicated and utilitarian,and the way of religious belief is diversified.The positive effect of religion itself,the cause of practical needs and the secret spread of some religions in the countryside are the main reasons for the rural able people to believe in religion.Therefore,the relevant departments should improve the spiritual life of village able people from three aspects:guiding them to understand religion objectively,helping them to solve practical problems in time,and resolutely cracking down on secret missionary activities in rural areas.
