摘 要:为研究含能消焰剂对煤矿许用乳化炸药热分解动力学的影响,在复合油相中加入氯化石蜡-52制备煤矿许用乳化炸药。采用TG-DSC联用技术对炸药的热分解动力学进行研究,运用Ozawa法和Satava-Sestak对实验数据进行处理,得到炸药的动力学参数和机理函数。结果表明,氯化石蜡由于提高了复合油相与水相的分散作用,增大了乳化炸药的混合均匀性,从而会降低乳化炸药的热分解反应活化能、反应起始温度和反应终止温度。To study the influence of flame inhibitor on thermal decomposition kinetics of permissible coal mine emulsion explosive,chlorinated paraffin-52 was added into the complex oil phase to prepare coalmine permissible emulsion explosive.Thermal decomposition kinetics of the explosive was studied using the TG-DSC combined technique.Ozawa method and Satava-Sestak method were used to process the test data.The dynamical parameters and mechanism functions of the explosive were obtained.The results show that chlorinated paraffin increases the dispersion of the composite oil phase and the water phase,and increases the mixing uniformity of the emulsion explosive,and thus reduces the activation energy,reaction starting temperature and reaction ending temperature of emulsion explosive.
