摘 要:在液混式改性铵油炸药生产线技术改造中出现爆速低,药包压死结块的现象。针对此问题,对影响炸药性能的因素进行分析,提出了调整液体油相材料和蜡质油相材料及改性剂配比的方法,并进行了研究试验。试验结果表明,液体复合油占油相材料70%时,与硝铵间的包覆和亲合性最好。通过合理调整配比,有效提高了改性铵油炸药的爆炸性能和流散性,解决了生产线技术改造中遇到的问题,可为同行企业提供参考。Low detonation rate and dead caking was found in the technical transformation of liquid mixed modified ammonium oil explosive production line.In view of this problem,the factors influencing the performance of explosives were analyzed,and the method of adjusting the ratio of liquid oil-phase material and waxy oil-phase material and modifier was put forward.The test results show that the coating and affinity between the liquid compound oil and ammonium nitrate is the best when the liquid compound oil accounts for 70%of the oil-phase material.By adjusting the ratio reasonably,the explosive performance and dispersion of the modified ammonium oil explosive were effectively improved,and the problems encountered in the technical transformation of the production line were solved.
