转型期日本农村女性创业活动新模式研究

摘　　要：1990年后,日本农村女性创业活动迅速发展,取得了显著成果。然而,由于近年接班人不足等问题,很多经营体难以为继,整体数量逐渐减少。为解决问题,很多经营体开始采取与男性合作、向社会企业转变等方式,摸索新的发展路径。再加上经济、社会的发展变化,日本农村地区出现了很多不同于以往的农村女性创业活动新形态。根据创业主体及创业目的,农村女性创业活动新形态可分为3类:两性合作式女性创业活动、外来女性创业活动及社会企业型女性创业活动。这些新形态具有不同特征和不同优势,能够克服传统女性创业活动存在的很多难题,从而促进了日本农村女性创业活动的发展。After 1990,rural women's entrepreneurial activities in Japan have developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results.However,in recent years,due to the shortage of successors and other serious problem s,many business entities have difficulty to sustain,and the overall number is gradually decreasing.In order to solve the problems,many business entities began to explore new development paths by cooperating with men and turning into social enterprises.With the development and changes of economy and society,there are many new forms of rural women’s entrepreneurship activities in rural areas of Japan which are different from those in the past.According to the main body and purpose of entrepreneurship,the new forms of rural womens entrepreneurship activities can be divided into three categories:gender cooperative entrepreneurship,non-native womens entrepreneurship and womens entrepreneurship of social enterprises.With different characteristics and advantages,these new forms can overcome many problems existing in traditional womens entrepreneurial activities,thus promoting the development of rural womens entrepreneurial activities in Japan.
