Meta Analysis of Tacrolimus Ointment Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel in Treatment of Facial Hormone Dependent Dermatitis

摘　　要：目的:探讨他克莫司软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶(rhEGF)治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Google schalor、Cochrane library、Clinical trial、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库关于他克莫司软膏联合rhEGF治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的随机对照试验。试验组用他克莫司软膏联合rhEGF治疗,对照组单用他克莫司软膏治疗,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献,总例数787例,试验组有394例,对照组有393例。Meta分析结果显示:试验组有效率明显高于对照组(OR=2.83,P<0.00001),复发率明显低于对照组(0R=0.25,P<0.00001),差异均有统计学意义;两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(OR=0.66,P=0.17)。结论:与单用他克莫司软膏相比,他克莫司软膏联合rhEGF治疗面部激素性皮炎的疗效更优,复发率更低,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel(rhEGF)on face hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials on treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis using tacrolimus ointment combined with rhEGF were retrieved by database,including PubMed,Google schalor,Cochrane library,Clinical trial,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,and Vip database.The experimental group was treated with tacrolimus ointment in combination with the rhEGF,and the control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment alone.Meta-analysis was performed by the RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 10 literatures were included.There were 787 cases of face hormone-dependent dermatitis enrolled,with 394 cases in the experimental group and 393 in the control group,respectively.The results of the meta-analysis indicated that the effective rate was significantly higher(OR=2.83,P<0.00001),and the recurrence rate was obvious lower in the experimental group when compared to the control group(OR=0.25,P<0.00001).There was no statistical difference of adverse effects between the two groups(OR=0.66,P=0.17).Conclusion:The curative effect and recurrence rate of tacrolimus ointment combined with rhEGF was superior to tacrolimus ointment alone in the treatment of facial hormone dermatitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
