摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭经济困难研究生心理健康、生活满意度和心理弹性三者的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和自编生活满意度量表对南昌市某3所大学中的家庭经济困难研究生进行施测。结果:1、家庭经济困难研究生的心理健康水平、生活满意度、心理弹性及乐观性维度显著低于非家庭经济困难研究生;2、家庭经济困难研究生的心理健康、生活满意度和心理弹性两两显著相关;3、心理健康既直接预测生活满意度(β=-0.303,p<0.001),又通过心理弹性间接预测生活满意度(β=-0.184,p<0.001),中介效应占总效应的39.3%。结论:家庭经济困难研究生心理健康、生活满意度、心理弹性水平较低,且两两相关,心理弹性在心理健康和生活满意度间起部分中介作用。Objective: To explore the relationship between mental health, life satisfaction and psychological flexibility of postgraduates with family economic difficulties. Methods: The Symptom Checklist(SCL-90), the Mental Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and the Self-made life satisfaction scale were used to test the family economically difficult graduate students in three universities in Nanchang. Results: 1. The mental health level, life satisfaction, psychological flexibility and optimism of postgraduates with family economic difficulties are significantly lower than those of non-family economic difficulties. 2. The mental health, life satisfaction and psychological flexibility of postgraduates with family economic difficulties have significant correlation;3. Mental health not only directly predicted life satisfaction(β =-0.303, p < 0.001), but also indirectly predicted life satisfaction through psychological elasticity(β =-0.184, p < 0.001), mediating effect accounted for the total effect 39.3%. Conclusion: Mental health, life satisfaction, and psychological flexibility of graduates with financial difficulties are low and related too each other. The psychological flexibility of postgraduates with family economic difficulties plays a partial role in mental health and life satisfaction.
