摘 要:跨文化交际实践中由于双方语言、文化背景的差异而存在障碍或导致失误。通过实例分析,导致跨文化交际失误的原因不仅包括语言语用失误,还包括思维方式、文化传统、价值观、世界观等各方面的因素。交际双方不仅需要提高语言尤其是语用能力,还要培养跨文化交际意识,了解对方国家的文化习俗、思维方式、价值观念等多方面知识才能减少失误,使交际顺利进行。Differences in the use of languages and cultural backgrounds may lead to obstacles or failures in cross-cultural communications. By analyzing several cases, this research has found failures in intercultural communications which are due to pragmatic mistakes, different ways of thinking, different cultural traditions, different values and worldviews etc. To reduce failures and make communications go smoothly, both sides of communication not only need to improve their linguistic competence, especially pragmatic competence, but also enhance their cross-cultural awareness and learn about each other’s culture and customs, way of thinking and values.
