摘　　要：为研究MPO作为奶牛隐性乳房炎诊断指标的早期监测效果,选取太原市小店区某规模化奶牛场200头荷斯坦隐性乳房炎泌乳牛,进行奶样MPO和SCC测定及CMT试验。结果奶样中的SCC和MPO浓度的相关系数值为0.257,随着SCC的增高,MPO的水平也增高,两者具有很规律的正相关关系。MPO与CMT的相关系数为0.546,相关显著,尤其在阳性(++)和强阳性(+++)区间内呈极显著相关。结果表明,奶液中的MPO可作为奶牛隐性乳房炎的指示物,利用ELISA方法检测奶样中MPO的方法快速、简便,且灵敏度和特异性高、稳定性好,可对奶牛隐性乳房炎做出早期诊断。To study the early monitoring effect of MPO as diagnostic index of recessive mammary disease in dairy cows. The test of MPO and SCC in milk samples was carried out to determine the diagnosis of recessive mastitis of cows by selecting 200 Hestein recessive mammary weevils in a large-scale dairy farm in Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City. The results showed that the correlation between somatic cell number(SCC) and MPO concentration in the milk sample was 0.08. With the increase of SCC in the milk sample, the level of MPO also increased to 2000 U/L. MPO in milk is an indicator of recessive mastitis in dairy cows. The method of detecting MPO in milk by ELISA is fast, simple, sensitive and specific, and has good stability. It can make early diagnosis of recessive mastitis in dairy cows.
