摘　　要：产业兴旺是执行乡村振兴战略的首要任务,农垦集团作为中国农业的排头兵,应当为实现“农村美、农民富、农业强”贡献自己的力量。该文分析了农垦集团基于乡村振兴战略的三产融合困境:农业发展缺少资金和人才、工业发展过程中需要进一步完善现代企业制度以及农产品产销脱节。农垦集团需要构建基于乡村振兴战略的三产融合体系,实现产品、技术、信息、资金和人才的五融合,着重发展生态农业、转型升级农产品加工业、大力发展生产性服务业。通过三产深度融合,提升农产品的附加值,为产业兴旺提供助力。Industrial prosperity is the primary task of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.As the leading force in China's agriculture,the Agricultural Reclamation Group should contribute its strength to the realization of"rural beauty,farmers'wealth and strong agriculture".This paper analyses the dilemma about the integration of three industries for the agriculture and reclamation group.This is based on the strategy of rural revitalization.The dilemma includes the lack of funds and talents in agricultural development,the need to further improve the modern enterprise system in the process of industrial development,and the disconnection between production and marketing of agricultural products.Agricultural reclamation groups need to build a three-industry integration system based on the strategy of rural revitalization.The aim is to achieve the five-integration of products,technology,information,funds and talents.The measures consist of focusing on the development of ecological agriculture,transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing industry,and vigorously develop producer services.Through the deep integration of the three industries,the added value of agricultural products will be enhanced.The industry will flourish.This is helpful to the industry boom.
