摘 要:氮氧化物(NOx)是大气主要污染物,而火电厂则是NOx主要的污染源之一,与世界发达国家相比,我国火电行业单位发电量的NOx排放水平依然很高,若不强化控制力度,将无法达到“十三五”节能减排综合工作方案确定的减排目标。大型燃气轮机电厂具有明显的环保优势,在我国电力行业的NOx减排中将发挥越来越重要的作用。减少NOx排放的措施主要分为两大类:燃烧过程控制和燃烧后烟气脱硝技术。本文对燃气轮机和燃煤电厂主要排放物进行对比,对F级燃气轮机电厂采用燃气轮机燃烧过程控制NOx排放和通过选择性催化还原法(SCR)控制NOx排放的两种控制方式进行了对比分析研究,并针对不同客户的边界条件提出了相应的技术建议。NOx is the major contributor in air pollution and the NOx emission from the thermal power plants is one of the major sources.Compared with developed countries in the world,the level of NOx emissions per unit power generation in China′s thermal power industry remains high.If the NOx emission control is not improved,the energy saving and emissions reduction target made in the 13th five-year plan is hard to be achieved.Large gas turbine power plant plays a more and more important role in the reduction and control of NOx emissions in China’s thermal power industry because of its obvious environmental advantages.There are two methods to reduce the NOx emissions,one is the gas turbine combustion process control,and another is flue gas de-nitration technology after combustion.In this article,the comparison analysis of major emissions is made for gas turbine power plant and coal fired power plant,and the comparison study of NOx control with combustion process control and Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)is made for F class gas turbine power plant,the different technical solution is proposed to different boundary conditions for users.
