摘 要:推进制造业迈向中高端重在创新,创新之要在于创新型人才的体量提升和质量优化,因此转变创新型人才培养模式具有迫切性。在厘清教育链、创新链、产业链内涵和融合模式的基础上,本研究构建了"三链"深度融合式创新型人才培养模式模型,并对模型的外部要素、推动者、链条单维发力路径、链条节点嵌合程度、运行动力机制和协同育人功能进行解读,最后提出放开管制干预、形成支持合力、健全容错机制等构建策略及建议。The key to promote the manufacturing industry to the middle and high-end is innovation, and the key of innovation is volume improvement and quality optimization of innovative talents. Therefore, it is urgent to change the training model of innovative talents. On the basis of clarifying the connotation and integration model of the education chain, the innovation chain and the industry chain, a "three-chain" deep integration model for innovative talent training is constructed, and the external factors, promoters, the single-dimensional force path of the chain, the degree of chain node chimerism, the dynamic mechanism of operation and the function of collaborative education of the model are interpreted. After that, it puts forward some constructive strategies and suggestions, such as deregulating intervention, forming the support force and improving the fault-tolerant mechanism.
