摘  要:为了明确破碎围岩注浆体的空隙特征和力学性能,采用自主研发的破碎岩体注浆加固效果评价测试仪,研究不同粒径和不同水灰比对破碎围岩注浆体空隙特征和力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着颗粒粒径的增加,破碎围岩空隙分布率呈现先增大后减小的趋势;破碎围岩注浆体单轴抗压强度随着粒径的增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势,随着水灰比的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势;破碎围岩注浆体破坏形式以沿纵向裂纹的劈裂破坏为主.基于实验结果,提出工程建议,并进行现场破碎围岩支护方案的设计与应用,监测结果表明巷道破碎围岩得到了有效控制.In order to clarify the void characteristics and mechanical properties of fractured surrounding rock grout, the evaluation test instrument of grouting reinforcement effect for fractured rock mass was developed. The fractured surrounding rock grouts with different particle sizes and different water-cement ratios were prepared to analyze the influence of different factors on the void characteristics and mechanical properties of the fractured surrounding rock grouts. The results show that as the particle size increases, the void distribution rate of fractured surrounding rock first increases and then decreases. The uniaxial compressive strength of fractured surrounding rock grout first decreases and then increases with the increase of the particle size. It first increases and then decreases with the increase of the water-cement ratio. The main failure mode of the fractured surrounding rock grout presents the splitting failure along the longitudinal crack. Based on the test results, relevant engineering proposals were recommended. The design and application of the supporting scheme for fractured surrounding rock in site were also carried out. The monitoring results showed that the fractured surrounding rock of roadway was effectively controlled.
