摘  要:苏阿皮蒂水电站主坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,最大坝高120 m,发电厂房为坝后式地面厂房。电站压力钢管采用坝坡明钢管,单管单机布置。为了解该钢管在内水压力、温度荷载及地震作用下的应力变形规律,对大坝、管道及厂房建立三维模型,利用有限单元法进行计算分析,重点研究了静、动力工况下管道位移、支座滑动、伸缩节变形及压力钢管应力分布规律。结合该工程实际,利用有限元方法对坝坡明钢管进行了计算校核,以期对我国坝坡明管的设计提供参考。The main dam of Souapiti Hydropower Station is a roller compacted concrete gravity dam with a maximum height of 120 m and the ground powerhouse of station is behind the dam.The penstock of station is exposed on the downstream dam surface with an arrangement of one pipe to one turbine.In order to understand the stress and deformation law of penstock under internal water pressure,temperature load and earthquake,a 3D model is established for dam,pipeline and powerhouse.The FEM is used to calculate and analyze penstock displacement,support sliding,expansion joint deformation and penstock stress distribution under static and dynamic conditions respectively.The design of the exposed penstock of Souapiti Hydropower Station is checked by FEM method in order to provide references for the design of exposed penstock on the downstream dam surface in China.
