摘 要:针对Φ60 mm×1 mm的1Cr18Ni9Ti薄壁管进行推弯成形数值模拟和试验,研究了其1D弯曲半径推弯成形缺陷。讨论了管坯α坡口的大小、聚氨酯填块厚度和硬度、反推力大小以及润滑方式对推弯成形缺陷的影响。结果表明,α角增大,有利于弯管内侧材料的流动,减少弯管弯曲内侧起皱的风险;聚氨酯填块的厚度小、硬度不足,易引起弯管起皱与端口畸变;当反推力F2增大到70 MPa时,弯管与模具间的摩擦力增大,管的弯曲内侧起皱;反推力F2减小为20 MPa时,支撑弯管的内压不足,导致弯管失稳塌陷与端口畸变;对小弯曲半径管推弯成形采用差异化润滑,能抑制起皱和端口畸变。模拟结果与试验结果较为吻合。The numerical simulation and experiment of push-bending forming of 1Cr18Ni9Ti thin-walled tube ofΦ60 mm×1 mm were carried out.The defects of push-bending forming with 1D bending radius were discussed.The effects of the angle of tubular blank endα,thickness and hardness of polyurethane filler,reverse thrust and lubrication method on defects in push-bending forming were discussed.The results show that the increase ofαis beneficial to material flow of intrados and reduce the risk of the wrinkling of intrados.The polyurethane filler with small thickness and insufficient hardness results in wrinkling and port distortion of elbow.When the reverse-thrust F2 increases to 70 MPa,the friction between the elbow and die increases and the introdos is wrinkled.When the reverse-thrust F2 decreases to 20 MPa,the internal pressure holding the elbow is insufficient,resulting in instability of the elbow and port distortion.The differential lubrication was applied to push-bending of small bending radius tube,which can restrain wrinkling and port distortion.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
