摘 要:为改进四辊卷板机的预弯工艺,充分了解预弯过程中的力学行为,根据对四辊卷板预弯过程中工作辊的受力分析,建立了四辊卷板预弯过程的数学模型。通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元数值模拟计算,研究板材和辊子的尺寸参数、板材屈服强度、预弯速度、侧辊进给角和两侧辊进给方向线交点到上辊中心的距离对预弯过程中各工作辊受力的影响。研究结果表明:四辊卷板预弯过程中,作用在各辊上的最大力与板厚和板材屈服强度呈正相关,与板宽成正比,作用在侧辊上的最大力随着预弯半径、侧辊进给角和两侧辊进给方向线交点到上辊中心的距离的减小而增大,整体上随着上辊半径和预弯速度的增大而增大。To improve the prebending process of four-roll plate bending machine and fully understand the mechanical behavior in prebending process,the mathematical model of four-roll plate prebending process was established based on the mechanical analysis of the working rolls in four-roll plate prebending process.The influences of the sizes of the plate and each roll,the yield strength of the plate,the prebending speed,the feed angle of side roll and the distance from the intersection point of the two feed direction lines to the center of the upper roll on the force acting on each working roll in prebending process were studied by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element numerical simulation calculation.The results show that the maximum forces acting on each roll are positively related to the thickness and the yield strength of the plate,and are proportional to the width of the plate.The maximum forces acting on the side rolls increase with the decrease of the prebending radius,the feed angle of side roll and the distance from the intersection point of the two feed direction lines to the center of the upper roll,and increase with the increase of the upper roll radius and prebending speed as a whole.
