摘 要:提出了一种适用于LTE移动通信基站系统的低成本双极化偶极子基站天线辐射单元,天线采用0.8 mm板厚的FR4基板双层印制工艺。利用微带线垂直和折叠结构的辐射臂设计,有效地扩展了天线工作带宽,减小了天线物理尺寸。将两个偶极子单元垂直交叉构成±45°双极化天线。测试结果显示天线电压驻波比VSWR小于1.5的相对阻抗带宽为52.9%(1.705~2.93 GHz),隔离度大于19 dB,天线平均增益为8.67 dBi,半功率波束宽度为67°±8°。测试与仿真吻合较好,可应用于移动通信基站。A low-cost dual-polarization dipole antenna has been presented for LTE mobile communication base station applications in this paper. The proposed antenna was fabricated on a thickness of 0.8 mm FR4 substrate using standard PCB process. Using the vertical and folded microstrip lines to construct the radiation arm, the operating bandwidth of the antenna can be effectively expanded, and the compact physical size can be obtained. Then, two perpendicularly crossed dipoles are used to form an antenna with ±45° dual polarization characteristics. The experimental results demonstrate the bandwidth(VSWR<1.5) of the fabricated antenna element are 52.9%(1.705-2.93 GHz) with an isolation greater than 19 dB, and the average gain and half-power beam width are 8.67 dBi and 67°±8° respectively. The measured data shows good agreement with the simulations. It can be a candidate for mobile communication base station applications.
