摘 要:为满足5G移动通信系统对信道容量的要求,提出了一种应用于5G移动终端的双频多输入多输出(MIMO)天线系统。它由沿移动终端两个长边垂直放置的八个天线单元组成。该天线系统可以覆盖中国工业和信息化部(MIIT)所规划的3.3~3.6 GHz和4.8~5 GHz两个频段,且低频段和高频段的天线效率分别高于61%和50%。通过优化各天线的相对位置和放置方向,使得各端口之间的隔离度优于15 dB。为更好评估天线系统性能,计算了MIMO天线的包络相关系数(ECC)和信道容量(CC)。所得该MIMO天线系统在工作频段内ECC均小于0.1,且信道容量峰值可以达到36.8 bps/Hz。同时,制作并测量了MIMO天线样品,测试结果与仿真结果表现出良好的一致性。In order to meet the requirement of channel capacity for 5G mobile communication system, a dual-band antenna system for multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) applications in future 5G mobile terminals is presented in this paper. The proposed antenna system consists of eight antenna elements which are placed perpendicularly along two long edges of the mobile terminal. The antenna system can cover the 3.3-3.6 GHz and 4.8-5 GHz bands regulated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China(MIIT), and the antenna total efficiency is higher than 61% and 50% in low and high bands, respectively. By optimizing the relative position and placement direction of each antenna, the isolation is better than 15 dB between each port. Envelope correlation coefficient(ECC) and channel capacity(CC) are also used to evaluate the MIMO performance of the proposed MIMO antenna system. The obtained ECC of this MIMO system is less than 0.1 and the maximum or peak value of CC can reach 36.8 bps/Hz. Antenna prototype is fabricated and measured;and quite good agreement between simulation and measurement is obtained.
