摘  要:为了解岩溶水条件下粉煤灰改性水泥-水玻璃浆液特性,通过正交试验,研究水灰比、粉煤灰掺量、水玻璃浓度、水玻璃掺量等4个因素对浆液及结石体力学性能和凝结时间的影响,并得到最佳配比。试验结果表明:影响凝胶时间最主要的因素是水玻璃的掺量,其次是水灰比和粉煤灰掺量;影响结石体早期(3 d和7 d)强度的主要因素按影响程度从大到小依次为:水玻璃浓度,粉煤灰掺量,水玻璃掺量和水灰比。随着养护时间的增长,60,90和120 d强度主要受水灰比影响,粉煤灰掺量次之,水玻璃掺量和水玻璃浓度影响最小。In order to study the properties of modified cement-water glass slurry under Karst water conditions,Orthogonal test was used to investigate how the factors including water ash ratio, fly ash content, water glass concentration and water glass content influenced the grouting properties. The test results showed that the biggest influence factors of gelation time was the water glass content. The other two influence factors including water-cement ratio and fly ash content were secondary influence factors. And water-cement ratio has a stronger influence than fly ash content. The main factors influencing the early consolidation strength(3 d and 7 d) of grouting in a descending order as: water glass concentration, fly ash content, water glass content, and water-cement ratio. With the growth of maintenance time, the strength of grouting materials is mainly affected by water-cement ratio, following by fly ash content, water glass content, water glass concentration.
