摘 要:为了研究岩石饱水情况下全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)盘形滚刀的破岩特性,通过控制不同的切削参数组合(刀间距、贯入度),选用砂岩开展干燥与饱水条件下的滚刀直线破岩实验,并利用三向力传感器对滚刀受到的三向力进行测定。对比分析切削参数对破岩载荷、切削系数和比能耗的影响。实验结果表明:1)随着刀间距的增大,垂直力和滚动力逐渐增大,侧向力具有较大的离散性,且岩石饱水后滚刀破岩的垂直力和侧向力分别下降20%~35%和8%~33%,滚动力则变化不大;2)三向力均随着贯入度的增加而增加,且饱水条件下的三向力小于干燥条件下的三向力,饱水后垂直力下降25%~33%,滚动力和侧向力则差别较小;3)随着刀间距与贯入度的增加,干燥与饱水条件下的岩石切削系数均增加,且饱水组大于干燥组;4)对于饱水组和干燥组,实际比能耗随着S/P的增大先降低后升高,当S/P=20左右使得比能耗最低,但饱水后的实际比能耗高于干燥组,在S/P=20时增加17%左右。In order to study the rock breaking characteristics of tunneling boring machine disc cutter under saturated condition,several cutting parameters(i.e.,cutter spacing and penetration)and sandstone samples were chosen to conduct rock breaking tests with linear experiment platform.Meanwhile,the force sensors were used to monitor the force magnitude variation in the process of rock cutting.The effects of cutting parameters on cutting forces,cutting coefficient as well as specific energy were analyzed.Test results are as follows:1)with the increase in cutter spacing,the normal and rolling forces increased gradually,and side forces exhibited obvious discreteness.The normal and side forces under saturated condition were less than those under dry condition,as decreased by 20%~35%and 8%~33%respectively;however,the change in rolling forces was negligible.2)The forces all increased with the penetration,and the forces under saturated condition were less than those under dry condition.The normal forces were reduced by 25%~33%after saturation,but the changes in rolling and side forces were negligible.3)The cutting coefficients under saturated and dry conditions increased with increasing cutter spacing and penetration,but the cutting coefficient under saturated condition was greater than that under dry condition.4)with increasing S/P,specific energy decreased initially and then increased,and it reached a minimum value when S/P was 20;however,specific energy under saturated condition was greater than that under dry condition,and it was 17%greater when S/P was 20.
