摘  要:某风电场水平轴风力发电机组在大风条件下偏航控制运行过程中频繁报振动类故障,导致多台机组故障停机,降低了整个风场的可利用率.通过对机组故障数据进行分析发现,机组的加速度在偏航动作时存在瞬时突变,导致机组容易触发振动加速度超限,且机组在偏航过程中存在机舱“跑飞”现象.为了解决该问题,对机组偏航控制逻辑进行分析,给出了偏航卡钳制动力与偏航余压关系,确认了偏航液压不足是引起该故障的根源.通过给定动态偏航余压控制方式,解决了偏航过程中振动过大情况、偏航过程中“跑飞”现象以及偏航加速度跳变问题.Vibration-type faults of the horizontal axis wind turbine during yaw control and operation are frequently occurred in windy conditions,which may cause wind turbines shutdown and reduce the availability of the entire wind farm.The accelerations of the wind turbine would have a sudden change when yaw motor started,which could cause the vibration acceleration overrun easily to trigger.Then the phenomenon of“run-away”occurred of the nacelle during the yaw process.To overcome this problem,the control method and logic are analyzed,and the relation between the yaw caliper braking force and the yaw residual pressure are given.It is confirmed that the yaw residual pressure insufficiency is the root cause.Thus,the dynamic yaw residual pressure control method is adopted and performed in the farm.It solves the problems of excessive vibration during yaw,“run-away”of the nacelle,and the acceleration jump phenomenon.
