摘　　要：农村土地流转是国家发展到一定阶段的才会出现的形式,农村土地流转可以实现农村的集约化和提高农村土地利用率,对于我国的城市化进程和未来的进一步发展有着重要意义。但农村土地流转过程中也存在一些问题,其中以农民的经济权益问题最为突出,由于农村土地流转涉及到经营权转让的问题,因此在此过程中对权利和法律了解不充分的农民的权益很容易受到损害。因此在农村土地流转过程中保障农民的合法权益就成为了亟待解决的问题。基于此,本文对农村土地流转中农民相关权益的保障问题进行了研究。Rural land transfer is a form that can only occur when the country develops to a certain stage.Rural land transfer can realize rural intensification and improve rural land utilization rate,which is of great significance to China's urbanization process and further development in the future.However,there are also some problems in the process of rural land transfer.Among them,the problem of farmers’economic rights is most prominent.Because rural land transfer involves the transfer of management rights,the rights of farmers who have insufficient understanding of rights and laws in this process are very It is vulnerable to damage.Therefore,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers in the process of rural land transfer has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper studies the protection of farmers'relevant rights and interests in rural land transfer.
