摘  要:为了研究天花粉的炮制工艺,并比较炮制前后天花粉成分含量变化,本文通过文献考证,分别采用冷浸法、考马斯亮蓝染色-紫外分光光度法、蒽酮硫酸染色-紫外检测法测定炮制前后天花粉水浸出物总量、水溶性蛋白含量和水溶性多糖含量,比较含量变化。结果表明:天花粉炮制后与炮制前相比,水浸出物总量降低约65%,可溶性蛋白含量降低约50%,可溶性多糖含量降低约75%。因此,天花粉炮制之后,其物理性状及水溶性成分含量均有显著变化,应加以区分利用。This study is intended to explore the method for radix trichosanthis processing and to figure out the variation in its compositon after treatment.With reference to literatures,the content of water extract was determined by cold-maceration,while that of soluble protein was detected by coomassie brilliant blue staining,and that of soluble polysaccharide was detected by anthranone sulfuric acid staining,respectively before and after its treatment.Results show that after processing,there was obvious reduction in the content of water extract(about 65%),soluble protein(about 50%),and soluble polysaccharide(about 75%).It is concluded that after processing,the physical properties and the content of water-soluble components varied significantly,so there should be distinction in the use of radix trichosanthis and its processed product.
