摘  要:本文介绍了一种基于高速电流舵DAC的射频直接式数字频率合成器电路,提出了一种四路交织架构,在接收级引入多相时钟的同时,应用相位检测保证高速数据与时钟的不交叠,有效提高了系统的工作频率。电路采用65 nm 1P8M数模混合CMOS工艺设计制造,芯片面积为4.85×4.85 mm^2,电路经实际测试工作频率范围为400 MHz^3.6 GHz,在时钟采样频率3.6 GHz,输出频率1.44 GHz时,宽带SFDR为46 dB c,窄带SFDR为78 dBc。A new type of RF Direct Digital Frequency Synthesizer with high-speed current-steering DAC is presented.In the Synthesizer,a interlacing structure with four channels has been proposed.A multiphase clock is introduced at the receiving terminal while Phase detection is utilized to remove the overlapping of the transmitting data and the clock,effectively increasing the working frequency.This circuit is fabricated through 65 nm 1P8M Mixed-Signal CMOS process technology,occupies a die area of 4.85×4.85 square min-meters.The results demonstrate that this circuit can operate at the frequency ranging from 400 MHz to 3.6 GHz,its wide-band SFDR and narrow-band SFDR are 46 dBc and 81 dBc respectively at the output frequency 1.44 GHz with a sampling rate of 3.6 GHz.
