摘  要:环氧树脂是固体绝缘开关柜(SIS)的重要绝缘介质,在冲击电压累积作用下会产生不可逆的绝缘损伤。为探明环氧树脂材料内部绝缘劣化累积效应以及外绝缘污秽闪络特性,基于固体绝缘开关柜用环氧树脂材料设计多种固体绝缘件,并对其进行相关测试。结果表明:随着雷电冲击电压幅值(U)的升高,环氧树脂材料击穿时的雷电冲击累积次数(N)明显减少,同时随着累积次数的增加,环氧树脂材料的相对介电常数与介质损耗因数(tanδ)均呈增大趋势,其中介质损耗因数整体增幅大于20%,对绝缘状态的评估具有较高的参考价值;雷电冲击电压下盐密、灰密对环氧树脂材料污秽闪络电压的影响符合幂指数规律,并得出了U-N特性关系方程和污秽闪络电压与盐密、灰密的关系方程,为固体绝缘开关柜耐雷电冲击能力设计提供参考。Epoxy resin is an important insulating medium of solid insulated switchgear(SIS), which will produce irreversible insulation damage under the cumulative impact voltage. In order to study the cumulative effect of insulation degradation in epoxy resin materials and the pollution flashover characteristics of external insulation, a variety of solid insulation parts were designed based on epoxy resin materials of solid insulated switchgear, and relevant tests were carried out on them. The results show that with the increase of lightning impulse voltage amplitude(U), the cumulative number(N) of lightning impulse for epoxy resin material breakdown decreases significantly. At the same time, with the increase of cumulative number, the relative dielectric constant and the dielectric loss factor(tanδ) of the epoxy resin increase,and the tanδ increases by more than 20%, which has a high reference value for the evaluation of insulation state. The effects of salt density and gray density on the pollution flashover voltage of the epoxy resin under lightning impulse voltage conforms to power exponent law. The relationship equation of U-N characteristic and relationship equation between pollution flashover voltage and salt density and gray density are obtained, which provides reference for the design of lightning resistance of solid insulated switchgear.
