摘 要:将不同质量分数的SiO2纳米粒子与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合制备了聚乙烯纳米复合材料,并以纯LDPE作为对照样品,控制拉伸率为10%,利用电声脉冲法(PEA)测量样品内部空间电荷的分布,研究拉伸状态下复合材料内部的空间电荷积聚特性。结果表明:纯LDPE样品在拉伸后空间电荷积聚明显减少,说明拉伸具有抑制LDPE材料内部空间电荷积聚的作用;LDPE/SiO2复合材料样品在掺杂SiO2纳米粒子及拉伸后,材料内部空间电荷积聚均有减少,说明掺杂SiO2纳米粒子和拉伸均有抑制材料内部空间电荷积聚的作用,其中SiO2纳米粒子对空间电荷的抑制效果随着掺杂量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势。掺杂SiO2纳米粒子引入界面区域是抑制空间电荷积聚的主要原因,而拉伸导致的内部结构变化是影响空间电荷和陷阱分布特性的主要原因。A polyethylene nanocomposite was prepared by compounding different mass fractions of SiO2 nanoparticles with low density polyethylene(LDPE). The space charge distribution inside the composites was measured by pulsed electroacoustic method(PEA) when the tensile rate of material was controlled to 10%, and the space charge accumulation characteristics inside the composite under tensile state was studied using pure LDPE as control sample. The results show that the space charge accumulation of the pure LDPE sample decreases significantly after stretching, indicating that the stretching can inhibit the space charge accumulation inside the LDPE material. The space charge accumulation of the LDPE/SiO2 composites decreases after doping the SiO2 nanoparticles and stretching, indicating that both doping SiO2 nanoparticles and stretching can inhibit the space charge accumulation inside the materials. The inhibition effect of SiO2 nanoparticles on space charge increases at first and then decreases with the increase of its doping amount. The interface region introduced by doping SiO2 is the main reason that inhibits the space charge accumulation. The change of internal structure caused by stretching is the main reason that affects the space charge and trap distribution characteristics.
