摘 要:在不同幅值和频率的重复脉冲电压下,研究了环氧树脂电树枝的引发特性,并与相同幅值和频率的正弦电压下的电树枝引发特性进行对比。结果表明:当电压幅值和频率相同时,重复脉冲电压下电树枝的引发概率和生长长度约为正弦电压下的3倍,正弦电压多引发单枝电树枝,而重复脉冲电压下电树枝引发速度更快且为多枝形态。当重复脉冲电压幅值或者频率升高时,电树枝更易生长,电树枝主干变粗。与相同频率和幅值的正弦电压下相比,重复脉冲电压下电树枝引发受直流电压平稳过程和上升、下降时间处极性翻转的共同作用,直流电压平稳过程会注入更多高能电荷,极性翻转过程中电荷脱陷更快,分子链更易断裂,导致重复脉冲电压对绝缘的损伤比正弦电压更为严重。The initiation characteristics of electrical tree in epoxy resin under different amplitude and frequency of repetitive pulse voltage were studied and compared under the same amplitude and frequency of sinusoidal voltage. The results show that when the amplitude and frequency of voltage are the same,the initiation probability and growth length of the electrical tree under repetitive impulse voltage are about three times bigger than that under the sinusoidal voltage. The sinusoidal voltage always initiate electrical tree with only one branch, and the electrical tree is initiated more quickly under repetitive impulse voltage and the shape is multi-branched. When the amplitude or frequency of repetitive impulse voltage increases, the electrical branch grows more easily, and the electrical tree trunk is thicker. Compared with the same amplitude and frequency of sinusoidal voltage, the initiation of electrical tree under repetitive impulse voltage is affected by the steady process of DC voltage and the polarity reversal at rising and falling time, more high energy charges will be injected during the steady process of DC voltage, and the charges detrap more quickly during polarity reversal, therefore the molecular chain is easier to be destroyed, leading to the damage caused by repetitive pulse voltage is more serious than that caused by sinusoidal voltage.
