摘  要:制备了不同CeOx负载量的(CeOx)n-(FeOx)0.1-(MnOx)0.4/TiO2催化剂(n、0.1、0.4分别为CeOx、FeOx、MnOx与载体TiO2的摩尔比),用于低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝,并对其进行结构和性能的表征。结果表明,适量负载CeOx能够显著提高催化剂的低温SCR脱硝催化活性。当n=0.07时,催化剂在160~180℃时的催化活性最高,脱硝效率可以达到99%以上。同时,水蒸气、SO2体积分数分别小于等于10%、0.02%时,该催化剂有较好的抗水性和抗硫性。表征结果显示,(CeOx)0.07-(FeOx)0.1-(MnOx)0.4/TiO2催化剂锐钛矿TiO2的相对结晶度低,耗氢还原峰温度低,并且面积大,表面Lewis酸位上的NH3稳定。因此,(CeOx)0.07-(FeOx)0.1-(MnOx)0.4/TiO2催化剂具有良好的低温SCR脱硝活性,并且稳定。A series of(CeOx)n-(FeOx)0.1-(MnOx)0.4/TiO2(n,0.1and 0.4were molar ratios of CeOx,FeOx and MnOx to TiO2,respectively)catalysts with different CeOxloadings were prepared for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification.And the catalysts were characterized.Results showed that appropriate CeOx doping could significantly improve the SCR denitrification activity.When n=0.07,the catalyst had the highest denitrification activity of above 99% at temperatures of 160-180℃.When the volume fraction of water vapor and SO2 were not over 10%and 0.02%,respectively,this catalyst had excellent water and sulfur resistance.Characterization results indicated such catalyst had low degree of crystallization,broad H2-consuming reduction peaks areas at low temperature and stable NH3 on Lewis acid sites.Thus,(CeOx)0.07-(FeOx)0.1-(MnOx)0.4/TiO2 had good lowtemperature SCR catalytic activity and stable property.
