摘 要:以石栎(Lithocarpus glabra)为研究对象,通过分析不同强度酸喷淋于土壤、地上部分和两者兼喷3种处理方式下的生物量、营养元素和光合作用情况,探究石栎对酸雨胁迫的响应特征。结果表明,含H2SO4和HNO3的强酸(pH=2.5)喷淋到土壤中对石栎幼苗生物量积累、氮元素吸收和光合作用均有显著促进作用;而喷淋到植株地上部分可能对石栎幼苗生物量积累、营养元素吸收和光合作用有抑制作用,但基本无显著差异;同时喷淋土壤和地上部分,促进和抑制作用可以互相抵消,对石栎幼苗生物量积累、营养元素吸收和光合作用基本无显著影响。因此,石栎对pH=2.5的强酸有很好的适应性,短期强酸雨胁迫不会对石栎产生显著影响,可以作为亚热带酸雨区森林恢复的备选树种。The Lithocarpus glabra was used as the research object.Biomass,nutrient elements and photosynthesis were analyzed when acid was sprayed on soil,up-ground part and both of soil and up-ground part to explored the response characteristics of Lithocarpus glabra to acid rain stress.Results showed that when strong acid with H2 SO4 and HNO3 of pH=2.5 was sprayed on soil,biomass,nitrogen element and photosynthesis of its seedlings were promoted;when that was sprayed on up-ground part,there existed an inhibition effect but not significantly;when that was sprayed on both of soil and up-ground part,promotion and inhibition might offset,resulting in little effect on Lithocarpus glabra.Therefore,Lithocarpus glabra had the ability to adapt strong acid of pH=2.5 in short term without significant impact.It was recommended that Lithocarpus glabra was suitable for the restoration reconstruction alternative species in subtropical acid rain area forests.
