摘　　要：设计了360 MW亚临界机组FCB功能试验,并讲解实验过程及分析实验数据,提出#1机组60%以上FCB甩负荷试验的检查操作,包括检查高缸隔绝以及FCB孤岛运行成功后的操作方式。继而阐述FCB甩负荷试验的检查操作,提出360 MW亚临界机组FCB功能试验问题及改进建议,为360 MW亚临界汽轮机FCB运行提供了一定参考。This paper designs the FCB function test of 360 MW subcritical unit,explains the experimental process and analyzes the experimental data,and puts forward the inspection operation of more than 60%FCB load test of#1 unit,including checking the operation of high cylinder isolation and FCB island operation.The inspection operation of FCB load test is expounded,and the FCB function test problem and improvement suggestion of 360 MW subcritical unit are proposed,which provides a reference for FCB operation of 360 MW subcritical steam turbine.
