摘  要:通过对四平供电公司电网数据分析,设计研发一套可在线运行的四平电网智能故障诊断与恢复软件系统,该系统能够快速定位故障区域,准确判定故障元件,及时隔离故障区域,为非故障负荷提供实时、科学、准确的恢复方案,缩短故障处理时间,提高电网在线故障诊断的准确率,缩小电网发生事故后的停电范围,减少事故造成的经济和社会损失,保障电网将电能优质、可靠、经济地输送给电力用户,提高电网运行的安全性、经济性和可靠性。Based on the Analysis of the Power Grid Data of Siping Power Supply Company,a Set of Online Intelligent Fault Diagnosis and Recovery Software System for Siping Power Grid is Designed and Developed.the System Can Quickly Locate the Fault Area,Accurately Determine the Fault Components,Timely Isolate the Fault Area,Provide Real-time,Scientific and Accurate Recovery Scheme for Non Fault Load,Shorten the Fault Processing Time,and Improve the Power Grid the Accuracy of On-line Fault Diagnosis Can Reduce the Scope of Power Failure After Power Grid Accident,Reduce the Economic and Social Losses Caused by the Accident,Ensure the Power Grid to Transmit Power to Power Users with High Quality,Reliability and Economy,and Improve the Safety,Economy and Reliability of Power Grid Operation.
