摘　　要：社会经济迅速发展以及人们对电力资源需求不断增加的形势下,社会各界对电力工程建设质量提出越来越高的要求。电力工程建设步伐的加快不仅满足了人们日常生活的电力资源需求,同时也为我国社会的发展和进步注入了新的活力。因此,加大电力工程项目精细化管理研究的力度,对于我国电力工程建设进度和整体施工质量的提高有着极大的促进作用。文章主要是就电力工程检修项目管理中存在的问题与精细化管理策略进行了分析与探讨。The rapid development of social economy and the increasing demand for power resources,the requirements of the community on the quality of power engineering construction are also increasing.The acceleration of the pace of power engineering construction not only meets the needs of people's daily life,but also injects new vitality into the development and progress of our society.Therefore,increasing the intensity of research on the fine management of power engineering projects has greatly promoted the progress of China's power engineering construction and the improvement of overall construction quality.The article mainly analyzes and discusses the problems and refined management strategies in the management of power engineering maintenance projects.
