摘　　要：随着中国国民经济的不断发展进步,电力行业承担着重要的责任和使命,所以,完善变电站运行管理体系至关重要,良好的变电站变电运行管理是影响电力行业平稳发展的重要因素之一。变电站职责是用以汇集、配送以及转换电压,变电运行具有较强的专业性和技术性,所以对变电运行管理人员的专业素养要求非常高。为了更好的提高变电站变电运行的可靠性和安全性,需要对变电站变电运行管理中出现的问题进行全面的研究和分析,从而有效提高变电站的安全运行。本文结合实际,对变电站变电运行管理的各项技术措施进行论述。With the continuous development and progress of China’s national economy,the power industry bears an important responsibility and mission.Therefore,the perfect operation management system of substation is very important.Good operation management measures of substation are important factors affecting the stable development of the power industry.The responsibility of substation is to collect,distribute and transfer voltage.The operation of substation is highly professional and technical,so the professional quality of substation operation management personnel is very high.In order to improve the reliability and safety of substation operation,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis of the problems in substation operation management,so as to effectively improve the safe operation of substation.Combined with the practice,this paper discusses the technical measures of substation operation management.
