摘 要:钢铝连接件可广泛用于汽车及装备制造领域,其表面防护多采用电泳涂装。对钢铝连接件进行阳极电泳与阴极电泳涂装,对比漆膜性能可以得出:阴极电泳漆膜硬度偏低、与基体的附着能力强,耐冲击,有良好的耐蚀防护作用;其中铝试样经盐雾试验1000h无腐蚀出现,钢试样经盐雾480h无腐蚀出现,耐蚀性远超阳极电泳漆膜。The steel-aluminum connectors can be widely used in the field of automotive and equipment manufacturing,and the sur⁃face protection is mostly coated by electrophoretic.Anodic electrophoresis coating and cathodic electrophoresis coating are conducted for the steel-aluminum connectors.The results show that the cathodic electrophoretic paint film hardness is relatively low,with strong adhesion,good impact resistance,with stronger corrosion protection effect on the connector.Among them,the aluminum sample showed no corrosion after salt spray test for 1000h,and the steel sample showed no corrosion after salt spray for 480h.The corrosion resistance of cathodic electrophoresis is far superior to anodic electrophoretic paint film.
