摘　　要：在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为全党全国人民的思想旗帜、精神灵魂、行动纲领之际,构建内化于人才培养的"微思政"模式,为高等教育的研究纵深提供了新的课题。通过对新时代高校专业课堂"微思政"构建的理论基础、创新模式、基本路径和支撑保障四个方面进行解析,从而构建人才培养的"微思政"模式,实现"知识传授和价值引领"的统一,为高等教育的德育体系纵深研究提供了参考。Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, is the ideological guidance, spirit and development basis of the CPC and Chinese people. Build a ′micro-ideological and political′ mode internalized in personnel training, have provided a new subject for the further study of higher education. In this paper, the theoretical basis, innovative mode, basic path and support guarantee of the construction of ′micro-ideological and political′ mode in the specialized classroom of colleges in the new era are analyzed, so as to build the ′micro-ideological and political′ mode in personnel training and realize the unity of ′imparting knowledge and guiding values′, and provide reference for the thoroughly studied of moral education system in higher education.
