摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于斜轧管机组的新型三辊定心装置,这种定心装置的抱辊轴线与轧制线呈一定夹角,以减小或者消除轧制工具和轧件的表面与抱辊辊面之间的速度差,达到提高钢管表面质量,延长抱辊使用寿命的目的。为了实现可靠防松,采用了一种左右旋组合防松螺栓连接以确保连接稳固牢靠,防止抱辊轴线的倾角在冲击振动的情况下出现变动。Elaborated here in the paper is a new type three-roll centering device applicable to the cross-rolling pipe mill.There is an intersection between the axis of the centering device and the rolling center line so as to reduce or even eliminate the speed difference between the surfaces of the rolling tool and the work piece and that of the holding-rolls,and thus get the pipe surface quality improved,and the service life of the holding-rolls prolonged.To reliably prevent loosing of the holding-rolls,a left-right turning,combined anti-loosening bolt connection is adopted to ensure firm and constant connection,which can prevent the inclination angle of the holding-roll axis from changing under impact vibration.
