摘 要:对热冲压过程中模具零件的摩擦磨损行为进行了综述,分析了目前摩擦磨损行为研究存在的问题。实际热冲压过程中,除了分析加载应力、温度、表面涂层外,还要考虑冷焊效应、棱边应力集中、结点形成行为等因素,即结点的材料累积行为、结点材料与模具钢结合行为以及结点厚度与临界剥离应力关系等还有待研究。最后对热冲模零件摩擦磨损行为提出了2点见解,除了开发能准确模拟实际工况的试验设备外,还需将结点应力、原子扩散、结点强度等因素结合,总结多因素作用的摩擦磨损机理。The friction and wear behavior of hot stamping process was summarized and the existing problems in the research of friction and wear behavior were analyzed. On the condition of actual hot stamping, except stress, temperature and surface coating, there were three kinds of problems that need to be studied, namely, the material accumulation behavior of the joint, the behavior of the joint material and the bonding behavior of the die steel, and the relationship between the thickness of the joint and the critical peeling stress.Finally, the friction and wear of hot stamping die were prospected and two opinions were put forward. Addition to developing experimental equipment which could accurately simulate the actual working conditions, it was necessary to combine the factors of joint stress,atomic diffusion and joint strength, to summarize the mechanism of friction and wear under the action of multiple factors.
