摘　　要：为了解内蒙古自治区医患冲突现状,从医务工作者角度分析导致医患冲突的相关影响因素,从内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市选取省市两级公立医院各一家,采取系统抽样的方法,抽取226名医务工作者进行问卷调查。其中59.3%的医务工作者曾经历过医患冲突、冲突类型发生频次由高到低分别是言语冲突、患者投诉、肢体冲突及医疗诉讼。单因素分析显示,不同医院类型、收入水平、收入满意度以及具有不同防御性医疗行为的医生发生医患冲突有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。多元Logistic回归结果显示,防御性医疗行为是发生医患冲突最主要的预测因素,其次是医院类型和婚姻状态。在此基础上建议有关部门应制定相关政策,减少防御性医疗行为,从而有效减少医患冲突的发生。In order to investigate the current situation of the doctor-patient conflict in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,to analyze the relevant influencing factors that lead to the doctor-patient conflict from the perspective of medical workers.A public hospital at the provincial and a public hospital municipal levels were selected from Hohhot of Inner Mongolia autonomous region.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 226 medical workers selected in these two hospitals by systematic sampling method.Among them,59.3%of medical workers had experienced doctor-patient conflict.According to the frequency from high to low,the types of conflict were speech conflict,patient complaint,body conflict and medical malpractice litigation.The univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in different hospital types,income levels,income satisfaction and doctors with different defensive medical behaviors on doctor-patient conflict(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression showed that defensive medical behavior was the most important predictor of doctor-patient conflict,followed by hospital type and marital status.Based on this,the author suggests Relevant departments should formulate relevant policies to reduce defensive medical behaviors,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of doctor-patient conflict.
