摘 要:近年来中国医药卫生体制改革进程逐步深化,鼓励和引导社会资本发展医疗卫生事业成为新时期医改的重要内容。2017年成为民营医院发展的关键年头,中国民营医院的数量、床位数、服务水平、运营能力等方面都有了显著的提升,但如何进一步提升自身的核心竞争力,确保民营医院可持续性发展成为未来民营医院所面临的核心要务。分析了民营医院当前的现状及原因,并以某医院为例,论证清晰的发展理念、明确的医院定位、独特的医院文化及合理科学的医院管理是实现民营医院可持续发展的关键路径。In recent years,with the gradual deepening of the medical and health system reform in China,encouraging and guiding social capital to develop medical and health services have become an important part of medical reform in the new era.It is considered to be the key year for the development of private hospitals in 2017.The number of private hospitals,the number of beds,the service level and the operation capacity have been significantly improved.However,it has become the core task of private hospitals in the future,that is,how to further enhance their core competence to ensure the sustainable development of private hospitals.In this study,the current situation and reasons of private hospitals in China were discussed.Taking a hospital as an example,this study demonstrated that the clear development concept,the definite hospital positioning,the unique hospital culture and the reasonable and scientific hospital management were the key paths to realize the sustainable development of private hospitals.
