中西医结合治疗艾滋病合并丙型肝炎所致肝损伤

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗艾滋病合并丙型病毒性肝炎(简称丙肝)所致肝损伤的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合纳入标准的艾滋病合并丙肝患者80例,按照随机对照原则随机分为对照组(40例)、治疗组(40例),两组均治疗12周。对照组给予谷胱甘肽片、甘草酸二胺胶囊。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予自拟中药方剂。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效,临床症状、体征的变化及肝功能。结果:治疗组有效率为95.00%,优于对照组的62.22%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组肝功能改善均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后症状、体征积分均显著低于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗艾滋病合并丙肝所致肝损伤患者临床疗效显著,能明显改善患者临床症状及体征,改善肝功能。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of liver injury caused by AIDS complicated with hepatitis C virus(referred to as hepatitis C).Methods:Eighty patients with AIDS and hepatitis C who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases) and the treatment group(40 cases) according to the randomized control principle.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Control group:oral glutathione tablets,glycyrrhizic acid diamine capsules.The treatment group was given a self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,physical signs and liver function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was better than 62.22% of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of liver function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of AIDS patients with liver damage caused by hepatitis C is clinically effective,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and improve liver function.
