“疥”“痎”“痟”■考证

摘　　要：对《广雅》中"疥""痎""痟""■"及与其相关病名进行探讨。利用古代辞书及其旧注,结合相关文献,考证名实关系,梳理病名之间的关系,缕清词义发展演变过程及用字情况,并对当代辞书释义进行补正。认为"疥"字本义为疥疮,又假借为"痎",表示疟疾;"痟"为头痛,又为全身性肌肉酸痛;"■"有两个义项,一指中暑;一指消渴病。"痟■"同"消渴",即今之糖尿病。This article discusses"Jie"(疥),"Jie"(痎),"Xiao"(痟)and"Ke"(■)as well as other related disease names mentioned in Guang Ya.By using the ancient dictionaries and their old notes and combining with the relevant literature,the relationship between the names and their connotations are explored and the relationships between the disease names are worked out.Besides,the development and evolution of the words’meaning and the usage of some Chinese characters are combed and the interpretations of them can be supplemented and corrected to improve the quality of the contemporary dictionaries.It is believed as follows:"Jie"(疥)means hemorrhoids,which is also used as"Jie"(痎),which means malaria;"Xiao"(痟)means a headache or a systemic muscle sore;""has two meanings,in which one refers to heat stroke and the other refers to diabetes."痟"is the same as"消渴",which is equal to today’s diabetes.
