摘 要:木犀草素是重要的黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、调节免疫以及抗肿瘤等多种生物活性。最近研究发现木犀草素不仅对柯萨奇病毒、埃可病毒、轮状病毒、腺病毒等多种病毒具有较强的抗病毒活性,对HBV也有较强的抗病毒活性。研究表明木犀草素可能能够影响宿主细胞中的激酶和转录因子,或者通过其结构特异性直接作用于病毒等机制发挥抗病毒作用。目前,关于木犀草素在动物体内抗病毒的研究仍较缺乏,其作用机制也有待进一步深入研究。此文就其抗病毒效应机制进行综述。Luteolin is an important flavonoid,which has many biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effect.Recent studies have found that luteolin has strong antiviral activity against coxsackie virus,ECHO virus,rotavirus,adenovirus and other viruses,and luteolin also has strong antiviral activity against HBV.Studies have shown that luteolin may affect host factors,such as kinases and transcription factors in host cells,or play an antiviral role through its special structure directly interacting on the virus.However,there is still a lack of research on antiviral effect of luteolin in animals,and the mechanism needs to be further studied.These effects are reviewed in this article.
