孙氏腹针治疗中风后抑郁临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察并比较孙氏腹针、体针及氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(黛力新)对中风后抑郁患者临床疗效的影响。方法:将113例中风后抑郁患者按随机数字表法分为腹针组(38例)、体针组(38例)和药物组(37例)。腹针组治以孙氏腹针结合传统体针;体针组针刺百会、膻中、内关、三阴交、照海等穴位;药物组口服黛力新。治疗后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及其减分率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分评估并比较孙氏腹针、体针及黛力新对中风后抑郁患者的影响。结果:治疗8周后三组HAMD、SDS评分均降低(PV0.05),腹针组SDS评分降低更为明显(P<0.01);临床总有效率腹针组94.59%,优于体针组的89.19%(P<0.05),与药物组(97.30%)相当(P>0.05)。结论:孙氏腹针能有效降低中风后抑郁患者HAMD及SDS评分,改善其抑郁状态。Objective:To observe and compare Sun's abdominal acupuncture with body acupuncture and flupentixol and melitracen(deanxit)on the effect of post stroke depression(PSD).Methods:There were 113 patients with PSD were randomly divided into abdominal acupuncture group(38 patients),body acupuncture group(38 patients)and medicine group(37 patients)according to random number table.The abdominal acupuncture group was treated with Sun's abdominal acupuncture,the body acupuncture group was given acupuncture on acupoints such as Baihui(DU 20),Danzhong(RN 17),Neiguan(PC 6),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Zhaohai(KI 6);medicine group was given oral administration of deanxit.After the treatment,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),reducing rate of HAMD score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used for evaluating and comparing the effects of Sun's abdominal acupuncture,body acupuncture and deanxit on patients with PSD.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,in three groups HAMD and SDS scores were reduced(P<0.05),especially in the abdominal acupuncture group.The total effective rates in the abdominal acupuncture group,body acupuncture group and medicine group were 94.59%,89.2%and 97.3%,and there were statistical significant between abdominal acupuncture group and body acupuncture group.Conclusion:Sun's abdominal acupuncture could reduce scores of PSD and HAMD score in patients with PSD,and effectively ameliorate depression.
